Kevin Rowe, Ph.D., M.Ed.

Licensed School Psychologist

Dr. Rowe is a licensed school psychologist. He earned master’s degrees from Indiana University, Indiana State University and Northwestern University. Dr. Rowe previously worked as a special education teacher in the Indianapolis area. He has also worked as a mental health therapist in two residential psychiatric facilities. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the psychology, mental health, and education fields.

Dr. Rowe provides a variety of services to children, adolescents, and adults. He provides mental health counseling for patients struggling with trauma, mood disorders and grief.


As a licensed school psychologist, Dr. Rowe has extensive training in psychoeducational assessment. This includes testing students in kindergarten through high school for learning disabilities, autism, attention difficulties, and developmental delays.

Additionally, his primary clinical interest is supporting individuals with cancer and those who have survived cancer. As a childhood cancer survivor himself, Dr. Rowe is dedicated to supporting clients with mental health needs related to their medical battles.
