Flor Valdes received her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University Kokomo in 2020. She will earn her doctoral degree from Ball State University in 2024 and has worked in primarily outpatient practice settings.

She provides individual mental health services for adults with an approach focused on building a positive client-therapist alliance and adapting to the specific needs of each client.

She intends to be a lifespan psychologist who specializes in neuropsychological and psychological assessments for a wide variety of neurological disorders and psychological conditions. She has assessment experience in the areas of autism and learning disabilities. She uses a comprehensive and integrated approach for assessment and therapy.
