She is committed to helping children and adults learn how to build healthier coping skills and positive relationships in their lives. She also enjoys working with individuals suffering from trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and grief. Victoria's work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs. She believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
She is passionate about creating a safe space for individuals struggling with mental health, and she is hoping her clients will feel that from the first session that they meet.
