Alisha is a therapist who works with children, teens, and young adults, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and healing. She draws from evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—and tailors her work to meet each client’s unique needs. For children and adolescents, she also incorporates play therapy techniques to encourage emotional expression, skill-building, and connection.

Alisha specializes in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, and those navigating significant life transitions. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed care, and she actively involves families to help strengthen progress both in and outside of therapy.

Committed to honoring cultural and individual differences, Alisha fosters an inclusive environment that is both LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming. She blends structure with warmth and creativity, helping clients build resilience, self-understanding, and lasting skills for well-being.
