Position Description
The Brain Center is a group neuropsychology and psychology practice and is seeking a licensed mental health therapist (i.e., LCSW, LMHC, HSPP) or licensed associate to join and provide quality psychotherapy services with a healthy mixture of individual and group modalities. The Brain Center provides neuropsychological, psychological and psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics in the form of evaluation and individual, group, couples and family therapy. We are currently seeking providers who are competent in psychological and/or neuropsychological testing with room for therapy, if desired.
We are seeking motivated, compassionate, collegial providers who have an interest in working in a multi-site, group practice setting, and appreciate connection with other clinicians in a supportive work environment. Desirable candidates will also share our mission and values of providing quality evaluation services and mental health treatment in a timely manner.
Additionally, candidates must be LGBTQA+, neurodivergent, and veteran-affirming.
The position is employee (W2) status, with a flat rate payment model, paid monthly. Although not a requirement, there will be opportunities to provide supervision to student trainees completing their practicum at the clinic.

Duties and Responsibilities

Serve a diverse range of clients providing psychotherapy and/or testing services
-
Must become paneled with insurance
-
Complete documentation within 72 hours of seeing the client including progress notes, intake paperwork, treatment plans, and termination notes

Collaborate with other providers within the group, as needed

Correspond with referral sources to coordinate care

Maintain case files within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Be responsible for other aspects of client care including returning phone calls in a timely manner, scheduling sessions, coordinating with allied professionals, and completing disability documentation (as needed)

Operate in an ethical manner in accordance with the APA Ethics Code, ACA Ethics Code, and/or NASW Ethics Code

Provide excellent customer service to all patients and referral sources
Minimum Qualifications

Hold a master's degree in counseling/social work or doctorate degree in psychology and is licensed in the state of Indiana

Demonstrate interest in working in a multi-site, group practice setting

Demonstrate an understanding of, and interest in, diversity issues and clients from all backgrounds

Demonstrate positive and collegial interactions with other clinicians and staff at The Brain Center as the practice grows
Additional Desired Qualifications

Training in, and understanding of, trauma-informed treatment

Training in psychological and/or neuropsychological testing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour (52,000.00 - $92,000.00+ per year Full-time) plus paid administrative time.
