Justin is a licensed mental health counselor associate with a unique background that blends rehabilitation counseling and business. He is deeply committed to supporting first responders—including firefighters, law enforcement, EMS, and military veterans—as they navigate the unique stressors that come with their demanding roles.

Justin also works with individuals facing vocational challenges such as career transitions, return-to-work planning, or finding purpose after injury or retirement. Whether it’s managing the aftermath of critical incidents, coping with burnout, or working through relationship and career-related struggles, Justin offers a down-to-earth, practical approach rooted in real-world experience.
