Rebekah is passionate about helping adults and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. She has experience supporting clients with ADHD, PTSD, autism, depression, anxiety, and relational concerns such as communication struggles, infidelity, and premarital preparation.

Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method, tailoring strategies to each client’s unique needs. As a Gottman Level 2–trained therapist, she also holds an ASDCS certificate and is Great Start Premarital trained, equipping her to provide specialized support in areas such as neurodiverse couples therapy, premarital counseling, and guidance for the neurodiverse and veteran communities.

She is committed to client-centered, culturally responsive care, and fosters an environment that is LGBTQIA+ affirming, poly-affirming, veteran-focused, and neurodiversity-affirming.
